State of the States

NCSC's Center for Jury Studies has published findings from State-of-the-States Survey of Jury Improvement Efforts, a replication of efforts in 2007 to provide a comprehensive snapshot of jury operations and jury trial practices in the United States. This 2023 iteration features a series of briefing papers on topics that generate the most attention within the American justice system.
